very large and clean. outside area could use some work and rooster in backyard woke us up very morning. First impression of yard and location was not good.

My name is David Boutwell and my wife is Elma I'm an Air Force veteran. I served in Europe and Asia before getting out and settling in Niceville. We have lived in Niceville for over 30 years raising our 2 children. We love it here but now that our kids have finished college and moved on, our house is to big for the 2 of us. We love this area because of the beautifull beaches and great fishing.
