Designed with a mezzanine, this modern new studio has all the equipments and facilities of a home and is to the standard of a premium hotel room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, wardrobe, office space, bathroom and a small outside space with a laundry unit. It is on the ground floor of a building with a lovely quiet coffee shop in the front. The studio is suitable for most type of travellers, It is 3mins drive from the public beach and 5mins from La croisette Mall. The space has been carefully designed to make the most of the space available. It is a relatively large studio with a length of 10m, and with high ceiling (4m). The mezzanine's height is 2m, therefore not suitable for very tall people. However, it is comfortable for most adults and has a working desk. If you have kids, they will absolutely love this space. All furniture and equipments are of high quality. The kitchen furniture has been custom built to fit the space. You have 2 queen size beds with very comfortable mattresses. You have a laundry unit outside where you can also hang your clothes and let them dry. You also have a walk-in wardrobe with ironing table where you will have sufficient space for all your clothes. The living room has a 4k TV with internet access, and a coffee bar with espresso machine for you to relax after your daily outings :)

Nous avons passé dans cet appartement un excellent séjour avec nos enfants de 2 et 6 ans :) L'appartement est propre, hyper fonctionnel, très bien situé! Yashin est d'une grande gentillesse, il est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes :) Nous ne pouvons que le recommander :)
Schön ausgestattete, geräumige und saubere Wohnung mit guter Busanbindung. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Yashin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er und seine Frau nahmen mich, kurz nach meiner Ankunft, mit zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. Auch stellte er mir sein Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Ich kann diese Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen.

Мы останавливались в аппартаментах на целую неделю, хозяин Yashin с супругой встретили нас и подробно рассказали о жилье. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, много нового из мебели. Особенно хочу отметить хорошо организованную кухонную зону с большим выбором посуды-идеально для тех, кто как мы, предпочитает готовить дома. Удобный отдельный вход рядом с хорошим кафе. Хозяин отзывчивый, был всегда на связи. Также он предоставляет новые скутеры в аренду с доставкой до апартаментов, очень удобно. Рекомендую к посещению!
Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight! The apartment was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the cozy linens. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Grand Baie. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

The studio is halfway between the main Village Triolet and the Public Beach. If you go towards triolet, you will have loads of shops, vegetable, meat and fish market and everything you need for a living. Going towards the beach, you will have lots of restaurants, small shops, bakeries and other cafes. On both sides you have numerous Pharmacies as well. You also have a mini supermarket near the beach (Popo). If you want to go to La croisette Mall, it's only a 5mins drive away.
The bus terminal is close to the apartment, and you have a bus stop just in front of the building.
