We had a lovely stay in Zadar. The flat is not even 3 minutes walk from the beach on the quite side street. The beach is pebble but there are piers to enter the water so water shoes are not really needed. There are many nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. The place fits the description. It is a lovely, very well taken care of appartment that comfotably fits 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped (beyond what one would normally expect- a blender, a toaster and a capsule coffee machine). AC in every room makes any heat wave bearable. The hosts were very responsive, the key was left in the key box and any questions answered immediately via messenger. Highly recommended!

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, appartamento molto bello e pulito. Proprio davanti alla spiaggia di Borik. Host molto cortese e reattivo, consigliato!

The photos don’t show how close to the beach you are. We loved the apartment which accommodated 4 adults comfortably. It was spotless and had great parking. We were able to catch the bus into Zadar within a two minute walk. The surrounding area is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can walk to Zadar old town in 35 minutes. Highly recommend this area and property. We will be back for sure. Big thanks to Iva😊
