Welcome to our newly updated two-bedroom two-bathroom fully furnished second floor condo on Detroit Lake. We are 20 feet from the beach/lake. Many amenities including free parking, wi-fi, no resort fees, slip included, outdoor pool, beautiful kitchen with all your cooking and baking needs, washer and dryer, and so much more. We are centrally located, very close to downtown Detroit Lakes and the beach. Several fabulous restaurants, shops, and a city park.

This was the perfect getaway spot. The balcony was in a great location to enjoy the lake and the beautiful sunsets! Anna was a great hostess! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Paradise was lovely. We sat and watched the lake over coffee, had dinner for family and visited downtown. Would recommend her place for a stay!!
Annamarie’s place was perfect for an escape for a few days with great friends. Extremely clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for some wonderful RnR! We cooked and rested. Annamarie was very responsive. There’s nothing I would change! We loved hanging out on the balcony. Just what we all needed before returning to the real world. Thank you!!

We are located in a quiet area, right on Detroit Lake. Centrally located to all the lake activity that DL has to offer. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
GPS will bring you through the city park. Follow the road into the Edgewater Condominiums. We are the last building before the brown cottages begin. You will have one designated parking spot. The parking pass will be in the condo.
