Location, location, location! Spacious and serene two bedroom apartment with a lovely private garden. A short walk to Southsea seafront, beach, numerous restaurants and bars, south parade pier, Canoe lake and Albert Road! Enjoy a relaxing break in this recently refurbished spacious ground floor apartment with its own garden, with all the amenities you could need for a hassle free break by the sea. The property is a ground floor apartment accessed via the communal block hallway, with a private garden. The apartment includes a spacious lounge with work from home area, a large kitchen diner including a circular dining table and a breakfast corner with bar table and stools, master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair, bedroom 2 with two single beds, a clothes rail, shelving and drawers, a bathroom with bath toilet and sink including complimentary toiletries, a small cleaning store and a garden including a picnic table and benches, deck chairs a decking area and a BBQ.
We have such a pleasant stay! Felt just like home from home, garden was lovely too! Thank you so much will definitely keep this place in mind if we’re down that way again
Benjamin was a great host, always quick to reply nice easy check in. Place was pretty much as described but all beds were terrible, I messaged to say we weren't happy and the reply was we will be getting mattress toppers. Both nights sleep were genuinely painful, all the furniture was like free to collect marketplace. Bathroom had no extractor and was damp and smelly, apart from that great location and size property well equipped kitchen it was like a students flat if i'm honest.
Thank you for the lovely stay, we had a wonderful time. The location is close to gunwharf quays, close by to nice restaurants and bars. The home had everything we needed for a weekend break with a nice garden.
This stunning flat is located in the prime Craneswater neighbourhood in Southsea, a short walk from the beach, promenade, Canoe lake, South Parade pier, Highland Road and Albert Road with their large variety of restaurants, shops and bars, as well as many local attractions such as the Southsea model village, natural history museum and Southsea pitch and put. There are also many beautiful individual cafes within walking distance such as the Southsea Beach Cafe and the Tenth hole.
The property is also easily accessible to the main routes in and out of Portsmouth, a short drive to Gunwharf quays and the Portsmouth historic dockyard, The D-Day museum and Southsea Castle, Old Portsmouth and Portsmouth university.
The apartment comes with permits for free on street parking on the Road and immediate Craneswater area.
There is also free on street parking with a 1 hour restriction between 11-noon and 6-7 pm 7 days a week.
The apartment is walking distance to Southsea seafront (5-10 minutes depending on your speed) and many local attractions, there are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk to choose from.
There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (2 minutes walk away) connecting with all major routes around Portsmouth, Fratton Railway Station 20 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.
