Welcome! This beautiful renovated apartment, a family home, is at the core of Pocitos Nuevo. We live with 2 cats: Philo & Sera. Our neighborhood has most services: entertainment, clothing shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, butcher-shops, coffee-shops, restaurants, cinemas, night bars, all at walking distance, as well as several delivery services. There are close-by bus lines to the whole city; one which takes you to the central bus station: lines towards Punta del Este, Colonia, BsAs, etc. Private separate entrance door to whole guest´s space. The bedroom has natural old fashioned wooden floor, double bed, comfortable mattress w/clean sheets and warm spread, and a light spread for summer. There is central heating. You have an integrated full bathroom, renovated, small and quaint, with clean hand and body towels. Body liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner. All rooms are white. You will see the sunset from rooms. There are personal clothing drying ropes outside the room window; NOTE: the washing machine is available, but actioned by host, plan ahead, there is no dryer. Private and separate working space has a whiteboard and drypens; clean, clear, with window. BEDROOM, KITCHEN & WORKING SPACE HAVE AMPLE NATURAL LIGHT. You may watch the sunset on skyline from these three rooms.
