sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep on it. We had to remove the matress from sofa and to place it on the floor to be able to sleep. Other than that, it is very nice apartment in quiet neighborhood, very close to tube and bus stations.

A great apartment in a great area that unfortunately is being run by a management company that is more interested in making money than doing their job. My cleaning fee to start was already a little steep, but I didn’t mind because they accepted pets. Later I was told there would be an additional fee for my pet for “extra cleaning.” My total cleaning fee was over $350. When I arrived to the apartment it was a bit of a mess. Broken cabinets, MOUSE POO, stains in the carpet. Holes in the walls and floors cob webs and yes, EVEN HUMAN HAIR left in a clump on the floor. Suddenly I could see where that cleaning fee was going… I contacted the company to ask if they were aware of the state of the apartment, sending photos, to which they said that “they WERE aware and if I should need anything else to please let them know.” Airbnb helped facilitate a partial refund, but it’s management companies like these that unfortunately make me second guess using Airbnb at all. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Beautiful studio. Very clean. Had trouble with getting extra bed linen, but apart from that very nice stay.

The apartment was very nice and a great location. Check-in was easy with the Klevio app. Unfortunately, even though we booked for 4 people, there was no linen for the sofa bed. We eventually got the linen delivered late on the first night, but there was no duvet/blanket. We asked for a blanket but never recieved one, even after many messages with the host which made for a very cold few nights. The sofa bed is also not very comfortable.
