I rarely give reviews but I enjoyed my stay at this apartment so much that I have to do this. Asides from the fact that the space was really nice, I loved the neighborhood. It’s a very serene and secure area. There’s this sense of safety you get when you know that not just any random person can get access to the estate because of the security controls. The on-site facility manager was a great guy. Very responsive and helpful. Overall this space was value for my money. The ambience, amenities and facilities were top notch. I’ll recommend Ali’s place over and over to anyone who’s considering it.

Positives: Ali has a quick response time. The house is in a gated community. Close proximity to major outlets. Onsite attendant was a great guy. Negatives: The check-in process was not smooth, and there was no advance notice that I needed clearance to go through the security gate. You need someone to call the security gate for you to get in every time you leave the house.  The Estate does not approve/allow shortlet apartments or property in the estate,  and they have a billboard at the entrance that states that. The living room restroom does not function. We were out of water one of the morning, which caused a delay in meeting my appointment   The house POP needs retouch/ painting needs retouch. The trash collection process was prolonged. Water pressure for the showers is low. Livingroom AC remote does not work. Need battery.
