The location of this apartment is spectacular. The price is worth the location I suppose. The apartment could do a bit of new furniture and more cutlery and utensils. The cleanliness was decent. One thing I want to bring to Simon’s attention is to provide more linen for long term stayers. Other than that, Simon was helpful, very responsive to texts and solving issues. Would definitely rebook again

i am incredibly happy with Simon his beautiful place. very communicative and friendly host. my flight was cancelled and had to adjust my trip and Simon was very helpful. the place has clear instructions on how to get in, it's located in a wonderful and convenient location right by the Liverpool station, and the place itself is beautiful, comfortable and has all the amenities advertised. i definitely look forward to staying here again in the future

Simon was a great host - answered questions promptly (especially when I thought I'd locked myself out!). Place was clean and comfortable, and being so close to Liverpool Street Station made getting around very convenient. Added plus: there's an Ottolenghi restaurant just around the corner!

it was a very nice surprise to find the apartment bigger that it actually looked like in the pictures. very confortable, homelike and in a very good location. the apartment is a 10! I would totally recommend it!!
