We stayed at this Airbnb and I can honestly say it was awful. The place was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all to the standard that it should have been. Pet hair everywhere. Hoover wasn’t working which the owner was aware of as she then lent me hers but it was collected before I was able to hoover which I didn’t expect to do myself as it wasn’t charged when it was delivered. The hairdryer and iron were not working and the carpets were stained. It all needed a deep clean. The oven was very dirty and I was not able to use it due to this, I didn’t go away to clean. Very disappointed. The host is aware and I hope these issues are resolved before anyone stays.

Had a good stay. Plenty of space and nice outdoor area, very close to Rochester centre. Furnishings a bit dated and decor could do with renewing. House was clean on arrival, although carpets could do with a deep clean. The house was fine for our purposes (5 adults) as we were visiting family nearby and just needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. For a longer stay we would probably like to see more kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.

Great location, quiet place with walkable distance to high street, castle, cathedral and city centre. Host very friendly, responsive and very helpful. Warm place with all amenities we needed. Highly recommended.
