If you visit Havasu, this is the place to stay. Very nicely appointed, clean and excellent location. You can walk to London Bridge in a couple of minutes. You can beach your boat for the day at the beach right off the balcony. The parking was easy and readily available, there's even boat trailer parking, all behind a gated fence. Cannot recommend enough.

This is such a gem of a place! Loved the location - and the king bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in!!! Our only advice would be to bring ice if you’d like cold water as the water doesn’t seem to get very cold and there isn’t an ice maker in the kitchen. Other than that, you will LOVE this condo - don’t hesitate to book it!
