The washer and dryer are located in the basement, and both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked for your convenience! An iron and ironing board are also available. A $25 separate grill fee is applied for any reservations that request or use the grill during their stay. This fee covers the cost of propane & additional cleaning time required by the cleaning team. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
