No early check-ins We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in <b>Check-Out Time - 10 Am </b> Late check-outs are not available as we have to clean the home for same-day guests. <b>Quiet Hours - 10 Pm - 8 Am </b> Outside lights and TVs turn off automatically. <b>Security</b> For the safety of our guests, we have surveillance cameras installed in the outside of the house. Front, side, and backyards where the pool is located, **We maintain connections with local law enforcement, and there is a sheriff in the neighborhood.** <b>Pool And Amenities</b> Before confirming your booking, we kindly request you sign a pool waiver and release of liability form. This is necessary for us to activate your entry code on your check-in day. If you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us at least 2 days before your reservation. The fee for a heated pool is $150.00 per day, and it must be paid in full before your arrival. For the heater on Jacuzzi, there is also a fee of $150 per day The pool is cleaned once a week, but please keep in mind that high winds can occasionally result in leaves entering the pool. During your stay, we provide a skimmer for your convenience. <b>Pool Rules</b> To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we have established pool rules: • Unsupervised children are not allowed in the pool. • Diving is prohibited in the shallow end. • Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. • FOOD and DRINKS are NOT permitted inside the pool. • To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not allowed throughout the day. • Absolutely NO noise or swimming after 10 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors. • All outdoor lights and TVs will automatically turn off at 10 pm. • Lastly, please refrain from using hair dye or any coloring products in the jacuzzi. <b>Cleaning</b> The cleaning fee is automatically included in the total amount displayed upon booking. If the home is left excessively dirty or if there are any stains or damages to the property or furniture, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied.
