The house was beautiful. There was only one parking spot and a bush was overgrown into it. There was no way to fit a full size truck. Also they didn’t include the actual address which made us have to search using pictures. The communication. About checkin was like a copy/paste situation and was difficult to read

We really loved the area. The home is super cute. I just wish LakeStay would have been more responsive and concerned about our needs. The bathroom downstairs was clogged (things happen) but we called and left two messages. Then the clog caused the shower to get backed up and started to smell. Finally, we took pictures and sent an email. The plumber came around 8:30 pm and then left after fixing whatever this issue was in the main line. He said he didn’t clean the mess — so we were left to clean someone else’s bodily waste and trash that was stinking and had come up through the shower. It would have been nice to have been shown customer service and offered a refund for a night or something in the future. We had to all sleep upstairs due to the smell and could never use the shower downstairs. If the problem never happened — I will say we loved everything else and appreciated the booking process from the beginning. It was so peaceful and a great work retreat.

We enjoyed our stay - it was cozy & in a very cute spot! The furniture& decor is adorable & the kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance to the lake & the boardwalk that leads to the house is so cute. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return! Wish the beds were a little comfier & the address was missing from our reservation details, so it made finding the place incredibly hard. I also did not receive a welcome email with instructions on locating the property & even when it was resent, I did not receive it! Just make sure you have all the details you need before you stay.

We had a great stay here! The house was beautiful, so clean, and we felt right at home. We visited during the off season, so the community was very empty during the week. We still had a great time, it was very peaceful. The Meeting House was great for coffee and food! Highly recommend stopping in the downtown Eufala area for groceries before arriving since Carlton Landing is a bit far out from most outside stores/restaurants. The host was so easy to communicate with. We were able to rent a high chair and travel crib so we didn’t have to lug those around.

This place was perfect!!!!! The location even more so, your in between two pools and near the market, all the things!! Only suggestion make the directions more clear as to how to find the house and even more so where to find the key fob for the pools. QR code said in house but no details as to where. Other than that would book again here 100%!!!!
