Welcome to the Emsland paradise. A wonderful place in Meppen-Hüntel. For those who are looking for relaxation, regeneration, nature, play, joy - in short: something special. This paradise is located just 80 metres from the water in the heart of the Emsland, surrounded by relaxing nature. On 177 square metres of living space spread over 3 levels and a large family-friendly and child-friendly property, you will find everything you need to recharge your batteries and BE for a few or many days. On 177 square metres and three levels, you will experience a spacious and stylish home that leaves nothing to be desired. A large fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a huge living and communal room with integrated piano, soapstone stove, a sofa and armchair as well as an elegant table form the first level together with a play area and a guest WC. Three bedrooms with 6 to 7 beds (if required, a huge family bed that can be put together - usable for 3-4 people), a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC make up the second level. In the converted attic there is also a creative room of approx. 20 square metres including a single bed, which can be used in a variety of ways. In the outdoor area (approx. 900 square metres of land), a beautiful natural garden and a large covered terrace invite you to linger. An oasis of peace and quiet or for playing and romping around - depending on how you want to use it. Numerous useful things such as a sandpit, swing, slide, trampoline, barbecue etc. are available for use. If you like, you can harvest strawberries, raspberries, apples or pears depending on the season or dig and plant a little yourself in the prepared beds.

Ein schönes Haus in einer schönen Umgebung. Das großzügige Haus hat alles was man braucht. Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich und hilfreich. Alle Anweisungen klar verständlich. Ein kleines Paradis für groß, klein und Begleiter. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt und meine Hunde haben sich total wohl gefühlt. Kann es auf jedenfall empfehlen und würde immer wieder kommen. Danke für alles☺️🐶🐶🐶
This place was amazing, we jokingly said its like staying in a house from the Sims because it had everything! Huge garden, great kitchen and living room, and all the rooms were very large and comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you just want to have room to enjoy each other's company or if you want to go walking in the beautiful surroundings
Ein schönes großzügiges Haus in perfekter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten direkt vom Haus tolle Spaziergänge mit unseren Hunden unternehmen. Schöner großer Garten und Super Kommunikation mit Bernhard. Vielen Dank für den Late Check out! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
Het huisje is ons zeer goed bevallen. Het lag wat afgelegen maar dat was met de feestdagen ook wel heel fijn. We hebben mooie wandelingen kunnen maken langs de Ems. Het huis was erg comfortabel en schoon. Veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. Door de weersomstandigheden waren er een aantal wegen naar het huis afgesloten maar dat was natuurlijk onvoorzien. De ligging was verder goed. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad en komen graag nog eens terug in de zomer.
The home was spacious and very nice just as the pictures showed and having a washer and dryer in the home was convenient. The only minor complaints we had were the master bathroom upstairs was very cold because there is not a heater in it and the beds in the master bedroom were extremely squeaky (as another review pointed out). Bernhard was very responsive and helpful. The price was great for the amount of space you get.

The beautiful Dortmund-Ems Canal with its famous cycle path is practically right next to the house in Meppen-Hüntel, about 80 metres away. From here you can explore the Emsland region and even the coast by bike. In 5 minutes you can also reach a wonderful bistro at the Hünteler lock and the Ems. The FunPark adventure park is just 3 minutes away (approx. 10 minutes on foot). Whether go-karting, car racing, paintball, food and drink, the famous world map on the cooling tower of the former gas power station - there is a lot on offer here... The Schloß Dankern holiday park can be reached from your location in 10-12 minutes by car. A highlight in the Emsland region with its bathing lakes and a wide range of activities - especially for families. Beautiful small towns such as Meppen, Haren and Lingen are also well worth a visit, are only a short distance away and invite you to linger. Our neighbouring country Holland can be reached in about 20 minutes. I would like to recommend the large market in the town of Emmen, which takes place every Friday. The Wildlands Zoo is also highly recommended. I would be happy to provide further recommendations for this wonderful region if required. Authentic - because they were all experienced by myself
The property can easily accommodate 3-4 cars free of charge.
