After reading a review that another guest had written about not being able to get in touch with Cynthia, I was a little hesitant with booking her place. I sent her a message and she got back to me within a couple hours and explained what had happened with the previous guest and why they weren't able to get ahold of her. I felt comfortable with booking and I'm so glad I did! We had a great stay at Cynthia's place. Cynthia sent the check in instructions the day before we checked in. Which was perfect because we were able to get the key and get unpacked as soon as we got there. We were there for a baseball trip and the house accomadated two families. The rooms with the triple bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Having 3 bathrooms was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, extra blankets and pillows. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Cynthia!

I loved the house. It was perfect for all of us. Very roomy and clean. Kitchen had all the amenities. The front porch was spacious and cozy. We loved absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Cynthia house! We would definitely stay there again.

I reached out to Cynthia a day before to get check in instructions and never heard anything. I reached out the day of and never heard anything. I called her at the number listed on the listing with no answer 3 times and left a voicemail one time, text her without a response. Finally I started googling her because I thought I had been scammed. I found she is a realtor in the area and was able to find a number to call at the realty office. Still not able to get ahold of her, an employee gave me the code to the lock box so I was finally able to get into the house. The house was decent in the inside. We had no issues with the house. I still have not heard from Cynthia and our stay is over.
