I really loved staying here. Jeff is quick to respond and very nice. This area is one of the only truly walkable neighborhoods in LA--everything you could possibly need is within a mile's walk through a pleasant neighborhood, and you can walk right up to Griffith Observatory! The laundry is just right outside the door and the apartment is semi-subterranean (still has windows and great light!) but what this does is isolate it from the other apartments a bit, so you're not sharing walls with your neighbors. One of the best things about this apartment is the shower! I seriously think he should advertise this, lol. It has the best water pressure I've experienced in years! Parking can be a little tricky at times, but not enough to counter balance all the positive qualities of the apartment and the area. I would love to stay here again.

Great location. Little studio has all the essentials. Walkable to good food, groceries, and coffee shops. Host was responsive.

Jeff is a great host - quickly responsive, helpful and friendly. His place is a nicely appointed studio that has everything you need for short or long term living. The location is excellent and amazingly walkable. I highly recommend it here!

Jeff was super helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed staying in this neighborhood. There's lots to do within walking distance. Restaurants, stores and hikes within proximity.

Jeff’s place was perfect for a long summer stay. It was clean and had everything I would need. The apartment is in a great location in Los Feliz. Jeff was responsive and helped address any needs that arose.
