Awesome place. The views are spectacular. The hose was designed architecturally savvy. The cross breeze was enough without A/C, I never turned it on in my bedroom. The check in and check out was painless. We walked to the beach every other morning for sunrise or sunset. You can snorkel, kayak, eat at the local restaurant (get the fish soup) all at a beautiful beach with no crowd. Or taxi into town in about 15-20 min. The BBQ GRILL was clutch.

Whilst it was a nice spacious place with a good view and good facilities, the property is neglected. It seemed there had been no real cleaning undertaken before our stay because the kitchen surfaces were dirty, there were piles of dirt in the corners, mouse droppings in the cupboard and we found A DEAD MOUSE UNDER THE SOFA which seemed like it had been there for a very long time. The hot water turned off 7 times during our 7 day stay, so i had to do the managers job and liaise with the plumber several times to come and fix it. One family member didnt manage to have a hot shower the whole time. I had many more cold showers than hot. The air con in a room was broken and many air con remotes had no batteries (why wasnt this checked?). Shower handles fell off. The chairs for outside arent waterproof so theure mouldy and smelly and they make it your responsibility to bring them all inside whenever it rains (its a tropical country....). Lots of wear and tear. Poor management ruined what would have otherwise been a perfect stay

Beautiful home with spectacular views of La Sagesse beach. It is up a muddy road, and in the middle of the tropical forest about a half hour from town. Groceries and gas 15 min away. Lovely restaurant nearby. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Clean and well appointed.
