Enjoy a covered patio and deck for relaxing outdoors. Just a short walk from downtown, our Airbnb is the perfect base for exploring Tipp City's shops, restaurants, and attractions. Book your stay now! Ample parking beside the property for your convenience. This is the bottom unit of the home. The other two units have separate exterior entrances and are single long term occupants. No worries, you will have a quiet stay.

This is our second stay at this apartment. Great location and lots of things to do. We were so appreciative of all of the extra’s Stephanie provides (laundry detergent and supplies, household items, coffee etc.). It is a very comfortable stay and we will be back soon.
