Amelia's place was great. it was close to downtown and we were able to walk everywhere. We needed to go, which was a plus . The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was squeaky clean and sparkling new. Amelia went out of her way to get in touch with me when I left my Fitbit in the apartment. I would definitely recommend Amelia's place.

This was a great experience first time being in Pikeville across the street from nursing school/college. The place is very close to restaurants and some fast food places. I felt safe here as well. I liked the layout makes it feel very spacious.

There were several positives about the place - it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the host was responsive. I did not have a particularly *bad* stay. However, the space itself was small and awkwardly laid out. For example, the couch did not face the TV, it faced the stove, and the wall on the right side of the entry door contained a series of appliances (freezer, fridge, dryer, and washer), which made it feel like sleeping in a laundry room. Despite being on ground level, it gave off basement vibes. The property seemed recently refurbished, but the work appeared unfinished or unprofessional. There were several holes in the ceiling near the light fixtures throughout both rooms. Also, the supplies were scarce (no cups, minimal toiletries). I’m sure I could have reached out to correct this, but I made due because it wasn’t worth the effort. I chose to pay more for this place because of the high quality bed (it was good), but ultimately I paid about twice as much as it was worth.

Great for a quick overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to walk to the arena. Comfortable bed. No complaints.

had the best and easy stay here! as soon as we walked in we felt right at home! will definitely be booking again!
