Two questions define any Air BnB: would I stay there again and would I recommend it to a friend. The answer to both is yes. It had 3 bedrooms, a very spacious common area, was on a quiet dead-end street and had views of Lake Erie. Any niggles are totally minor and not worth a mention.

We loved this lakeside house! Group of five adults & three young children. Perfect simple and comfortable amenities, great outdoor space! We enjoyed a backyard fire and BBQ. We used this house as a landing spot for the Festival of Birds - quick drive to Point Pelee Park, and very close drive time Hillman Marsh.

Excellent reasonably priced property and the owner was VERY responsive. The space and grounds were spacious and the deck was perfect for viewing the eclipse and just enjoying the sun!

Where should I start? My experience at cottage can be described in one word : Amazing To start the house, the amenities, the cleanliness, the accuracy of the pictures, everything was On point. You have a washer and a dryer in the cottage so this helped greatly. I felt at home as soon as I stepped in. We came a bit late because of the drive but Phillip was very flexible and made the self check in easy for us. Phillip communication was fast and professional. Multiple spots to park. The area is calm and peaceful. My highlight was the view of Lake Erie right in front of the House. It was very inspiring. We‘ll definitely come back. It’s a must. Thank you for everything Phillip.
