Hello, I'm Diana and in Albir I have a corner house for max 6 guests in a bungalow complex. The house is near the Sierra Helada Natural Park with several hiking trails. From the roof terrace there is a fantastic view over the mountains, villages, the sea boulevard to the port in Altea. The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, an air-conditioned living room, a garden and a swimming pool in the complex. It is a 10 minute walk to the sea, beach and the center of Albir. In a natural area on the Costa Blanca I, Diana, have a beautiful 6-person house for rent in the town of Albir. Robert and Marijke are my co-hosts and they assist me the moments when I am not in Spain. The house is in a complex with several houses. There is a shared swimming pool that is open from mid-May to November. The house has a beautiful luxury kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, combi microwave / oven, induction plate, Senseo, kettle, fridge freezer Cooking utensils and crockery. The living room has a spacious sitting area and a dining area. There is also a smart TV. If you have a login code for Netflix, Disney TV, YouTube, etc., don't forget to bring it with you. There is a toilet on the ground floor. Through a large sliding door, you enter a cozy garden with comfortable furniture. There is a parasol which can certainly come in handy with the sun that can often be seen in Spain. From the garden, you can walk up to the carport that opens onto the street. The upper floor of the house has three bedrooms, one room with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds in both rooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom sink. Towels and bed linen are provided. The roof terrace is accessible via the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the mountains, villages, the sea, etc. Next to the complex is a beautiful nature park where you can walk. Some routes, such as the walk to the lighthouse, are ideal for inexperienced walkers. Of course, there are also walks that are for experienced walkers. If you take the walk to the lighthouse, you can sometimes even see the dolphins swimming. The beach of Albir is clean and well maintained with small round stones. At the beginning is a sandy beach. It is also possible to do water sports such as sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, diving, fishing, etc. A nice walk on the boulevard to Altea is also recommended. It is a walk of about 3 minutes. The old center of Altea is also definitely worth a look. Albir has many residents and tourists from different countries, which means that the range of restaurants is very diverse. From Albir it is also possible to travel by public transport. You can get on the train/tram from Albir towards the center of Alicante or Denia. You can buy the ticket on the train. The train runs a scenic route along the coast. A number of nice places towards Alicante are Villajoyosa, El Campello, Playa San Juan and of course the final station Alicante. If you are traveling in the direction of Denia, Calpe is also recommended or, of course, Denia itself. The bus to Benidorm or Altea also runs through Albir. This bus runs 4 times an hour. Children have also been thought of, such as water parks, Terra Mitica an amusement park, Terra Natura an animal park, and Robbin Hood. In short, enjoyment for young and old!
