Leave everything behind and stay under the stars. In a fenced olive grove of 2,500 square meters, just 140 easy meters from the sea, a completely discreet, beautiful and neat house with all modern comforts for unforgettable days of carelessness and relaxation. Two beaches, of sand or of fine pebbles, two traditional taverns with great local food. The friend who will welcome you has lots of tips for nearby beautiful places, excursions and cooking classes! Every time you pass the hold you enter the peace and relaxation that only nature knows how to give. You drink coffee in the morning with the birds, eat lunch with the cicadas and enjoy your drink in the evening with the grasshoppers and frogs from the surrounding ponds... But, on the other hand, even if you want loud music, you can because you don't you have neighbors to worry about! You enter the house from the kitchen which has two doors, one to the toilet side and one to the courtyard with the stone table, and another to the room with the double bed. The whole place is ground floor, maybe half a step from the yard side just for the rain. The tap water is drinkable, clean and safe from the well-maintained municipal network. We have our own Wi-Fi with a GSM router that satisfactorily covers communication needs. What isn't usually there is the extra time you always want to stay there... just a little longer? is twice that long possible?

Merci pour l'accueil et de louer ce lieux Magique... Le plus grand Luxe de cette location est la simplicité, on pourrait vous parler de la Vu sur Mer qui donne sur la baie de Kissamos avec son couché de soleil incroyable et le bruit de la Mer, les tavernes à proximité sont des délices. Vous êtes entouré d'oliviers, il y a une terrasse sur l'arrière de la maison qui est très agréable pour prendre les repas et flâner sur les banquettes de coussins. Il ne manque rien au niveau des équipements, ah si !!!! Des transats ça pourrait être sympa 😅... Achtung! Spektakuläre Landschaft & erhebliche Nachteile. 1. Vermieter ist zu Beginn sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Als wir Mängel kommuniziert haben, hat er uns einfach ignoriert. 2. Einrichtung ist alt und riecht modrig. 3. Betten sind ne Katastrophe. 4. Nicht für Familien mit 2 kleinen Kindern geeignet (anders kommuniziert) 5. Bin mit meiner 1/2 jährigen Tochter, auf dem Weg ins Bad, in eine Glyphosat Wolke vom Olivenhain nebenan gelaufen. 6. Schimmel, wo extra Betten gelagert werden. 7. Schränke so voll, dass wir unsere Taschen nicht auspacken konnten. 8. Tavernen in der Nähe gar nicht oder nur am Wochenende geöffnet. 9. Generell: Renovierung notwendig. So eher Parzelle (Gartenhaus) als Ferienwohnung. 10. Keine Einsicht des Vermieters. 11. Dadurch viel zu überteuert. Wir baten darum, unsere knapp 4 Wöchige Buchung auf ca. 10 Tage zu reduzieren. Antwort: Stellt euch nicht so an, ihr seid im Paradies. Airbnb hat uns dann super geholfen. Schade, dass es so geendet
the house is everything we could have wished for. private huge garden with privacy, the kitchen is more than well equipped (blender, smoothie maker, grill, sandwich maker etc) and the location between both tavernas and the sea is unbeatable. we would come anytime again .
Absoluut 5 sterren vanwege de rust, de geweldige boomgaard, de terrasjes rond het huis, de prachtige omgeving en het geluid van de zee die zo dichtbij is. De faciliteiten zijn redelijk basic, maar wel op orde. Het was passend. Super aardige mensen in dit deel van Kreta. Vassilis hebben we niet gezien, maar Rodo wel. Ze kwam langs of te vragen of we wat nodig hadden. Het was een heerlijke week😊

An olive grove among other olive groves with a few remote farmhouses by the sea. I wouldn't call it "neighborhood"...
Our two taverns with excellent local food are at 300 and 450 meters, to the right and to the left.
There is not even a convinience store within walking distance, you need to have a vehicle for that, or come fully stocked.
The nearest town with markets is Kolymbari, 10 kilometers away.
We are 30 kilometers from Chania, 13 from Kissamos, 28 from Balos, 30 from Falassarna, 49 from the airport, 49 from Elafonisi and 54 from Paleochora.
Wonderful unforgettable walks by the sea, on the mountain, to our taverns. For car parking, choose the olive tree that suits you and you like its shade.

Grew up in Athens at a time one could still move around by car, today it's a joke (fortunatelly metro is very close), lucky in family and school guiding.
