There was only one clean towel set out for two guest. Additionally there were no wash clothes. When directed to where another towel would be, we saw a pile full of dirty sheets and towels in what looked like a storage closet.. It was unprofessional and tacky. Additionally there was no way to control the temperature and we had to rely on the host to adjust. There was a significant delay from when we sent the message to when the temperature was fixed.

I have stayed at this Wonderful AIRBNB a few times in the last 6 months! it is one of the best AIRBNB experiences todate! The Host, Jose is very attentive, very helpful! He has always accommodated my needs. You are completely separate & private. Location has buses with in a 5 min walk, & convenience stores also in walking distance! The Queen Bed is very comfortable with the best linens. Storage is great, & has Tall Dresser. The furniture is beautiful. The Bath Room is new with a large shower! Host & his Family are peaceful, & very nice! I do recommend highly!
