This house was great! My group went for spring break, it was close to the beaches and a great area. When we arrived the house was still pretty dirty from the previous guests, but we contacted the host and they promptly sent the cleaning lady back to clean more. We had enough beds and towels which was great, next time we wish there was more toilet paper though! The host was very quick to respond and was very friendly!

The house was spacious and clean. it does lack kitchen storage and counter space. Thats probably a non-issue for most travelers but I cook most of our meals when we travel and it was a little more difficult. Still it was a good rental. Ravi was very responsive in providing the extra chairs we needed.

Nice little place, good value. We enjoyed our stay. The twin beds are a problem (no box springs and a thin mattress with wooden slates that are spaced out).

I would not stay here again unless nothing else was available. There were 2 pros. 1)The house is nice and spacious 2)The yard is a good size for dogs. Now to the cons. The place had clearly not been cleaned properly. When we arrived the kitchen smelled like cigarettes and there was a cup with cigarette ashes in it sitting on the kitchen table. There were wet clothes in the washer and clothes in the dryer. There was no laundry detergent so I had to buy some. There was only one trash bag so I also had to buy trash bags to use. There were 2 holes in the backyard fence big enough for a small dog to fit through so I had to find things to prop up against them to keep my dogs from getting out. Several of the power outlets did not work to charge things. There was a bag left under one of the bathroom sinks filled with toilet paper that had brown stains on it. I complained to the host about many of these issues but he brushed me off and told me that his cleaner cleaned well.

I wish it had been closer to the ocean, the neighborhood was not great, but ok. The house was big, lots of room. The twin beds were uncomfortable. It was clean.
