Looking for a cozy, central and affordable place to stay in Salzburg? Look no further than our lovely apartment in Leopoldskron! It's surrounded by nature and located directly by a river to swim in! Despite its peaceful surroundings, the center of Salzburg is only a few minutes away! -Cozy double bed -Spacious living room with a sleeping couch and a work place -Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine -Bathroom with shower -Balcony with an astounding view and BBQ -Free Parking The Apartment is freshly renovated and modernly furnished Attention: Apartment is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs! Living room: couch (can be used as a sofa bed), TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, workspace, free WIFI access throughout the apartment and balcony Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, dining table, Coffee machine Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, towels & toiletries included Bedroom: double bed and TV (Netflix & Amazon Prime) Balcony: The balcony can be used anytime (private) and is equipped with a barbecue. It offers a wonderful view of the Gaisberg and Hohensalzburg Fortress.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, die wir unterstellen konnten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, Freizeitangebote und Innenstadt konnten wir gut erreichen.

The apartment was brilliant, couldn't have asked for anything more. It has everything you need and was in the perfect location. A quiet area right next to a river which you can swim in and only a couple of minutes walk along a designated walkway/cycle path to a beautiful lake. You can also walk along the path to the centre of Salzburg which only takes around 20 minutes. And if you walk in the other direction along the path you will come to a shop and pizza restaurant. Christian was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit and also helped us with booking a taxi for our return to the airport. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay and hopefully we will return. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet and green but central location in Salzburg, this is the perfect place for you!
The street is situated along the river "Almkanal" and the lake "Leopoldskroner Weiher" (known from Sound of Music) is close by. In the summer the river is perfect for swimming and cooling down after a busy day of exploration! Quite guests are welcome to use the big garden for sun bathing afterwards. The backyard mountains: Gaisberg and Untersberg are reachable within 20 minutes by car or bus
The old town of Salzburg can be reached by bus (line 5) in 15 minutes and on foot in 20 minutes. There you can discover the cultural and historical sights of Salzburg, such as the Mirabell Palace, the Mozart House or the Hohensalzburg Fortress.
Our accommodation is a great place to experience the best of both worlds: nature and culture.

You can park directly in front of the house.T he parking lot has space for two vehicles. With the bus line "5" (bus stop 5 minutes walk from the house) you can reach the old town in 15 minutes and the train station in about 25 Minutes!
