Tolle Unterkunft, sauber und modern. Alles war perfekt, ich kann sie nur weiter empfehlen.
Super Unterkunft. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge nach Dresden. Alles sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit jeder Menge an spannenden, technischen „Gimmicks“. Wir waren als Familie zu viert da und waren begeistert. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass die Kommunikation im Vorfeld zwar sehr proaktiv durch uns stattfand, allerdings dann nur auf einen angeblichen Gutschein per e-Mail verwiesen wurde, der so nicht bei uns ankam. Das war sicher auch ein Versäumnis unsererseits nochmals mit Nachdruck darauf zu drängen uns diesen ggf nochmals zu schicken. Andererseits hätte die Kommunikation deutlich kundenorientierter erfolgen können. Somit musste vor Ort als Erstes und Dank Unterstützung eines Servicemitarbeiters am Samstagnachmittag die Grundlage für den Zutritt zum Haus geklärt werden. Wir bekamen auch nur einen Code genannt. Der Rest war dann eine Art Rätselspiel Die Suche nach der korrekten Eingangstür (drei kamen in Frage), hinter der dann auch der Schlüssel zu finden war, war wirklich nervig.
