Clean, easy check in. Everything we needed. Quick drive to Old Town Lucerne

This was a clean place, very small but fine for a short stay (2 adults, 2 children) which involved only staying the night and preparing breakfast. But - like everything in Switzerland - extremely expensive. Everything worked well. The only negative thing involves the window blinds - not sure how to describe them, they are operated electronically and are not made of fabric. For some reason, the window blinds were raised automatically (or at least not by us!) at 9am so if we would have wanted to sleep in, we would have been disappointed. Also, the noise of the neighbours' window blinds being opened woke us up happened a lot earlier, so that was not so nice. But such things are normal in a residential building like this. We didn't hear any other noise from neighbouring apartments.

The appartment is clean and very comfortable! The architecture of the building is impressive. The territory is calm and safe. The location is perfect for us: the center of the city isn’t far and we can enjoy the nature. Our communication with Stephanie was clear and nice. Thank you for our stay here!

Anna & Karina's place was a good option for staying near Luzern for work. The communication and check-in and out procedures were very easy and fast.
