One of a kind, private, fully remodeled custom estate with no finishes spared, located in the coveted Mt Helix neighborhood of central San Diego County. Boasting a rare 8 bedrooms and 4 baths with sweeping mountain views. 7' deep gas heated pool, hot tub, multiple decks and terraces, 2 giant outdoor custom kitchens, 150' screen movie theatre room, private gym, 1980s/90s themed arcade room, fire pit with seating for 15 and giant turfed back yard. Truly a special property don't miss out!

This place is an absolute dream. The pool, movie theater room, game room, bedrooms, kitchen were immaculate. I could visit San Diego and never leave this place. A great stay for a family reunion or get together with friends. Out of all the Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in, I’d seriously consider staying here again. Also, Elena and Gabe are super communicative!

You could not ask for a better property for a family reunion or get-together! We were very happy that it looks exactly like the photos on the website. The property is in excellent condition, well-maintained, and no detail is overlooked. There is something to do for every age group (theater room, game room, pool table and bar, pool, lawn games, playground set, etc). It is located in a good area with restaurants, shopping, etc nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

The property is located in the coveted Mt Helix neighborhood of San Diego County which consists of many large, upscale homes with plenty of separation from one another with lots of parking. Approximately 5 minutes from the freeway, and approximately 20 minutes from SD's major attractions and the beach. There is a nearby Starbucks and VONS grocery store just minutes away for convenience. There is great privacy and separation from neighbors, but the neighborhood is still quiet as its residential, so noise ordinances must be respected, and noise volume must moderate especially when outside and by the pool.

The property located in central San Diego County so guests should have no issues getting dropped off or picked up with ride sharing apps. If not using ride sharing apps, its recommended to use a personal vehicle as most destinations are a short drive away.
