The condo is clean & spacious. The location is in close proximity to the resort Base, the Mall and all Snowmass has to offer. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

It's all about the location.. This unit, in particular, in these condos is very convenient for ski-in / ski-out access. It is the 2nd floor, however, there are zero steps from walking out the front door to the side street, which you walk down to access the ski slopes. Because of the slope of the terrain, this 2nd floor unit is essentially ground-level. It is about 130 steps (as in strides) to get to the slopes. Put your skis on, ski down about 30 seconds and get on the main Village Express chair or the Gondola. Also, it is about a 3 minute walk (or less) down the hill to the Snowmass Mall for takeout, restaurants, shopping, etc. I recommend the Daly Bottle Shop for some gourmet snacks and wine (or beer, etc). The unit itself is nice, well kept, clean, our family (two children, ages 4 and 13) enjoyed it. The bedrooms are on the far side from the kitchen / living room which is nice for watching a movie in the evening when the kids are in bed.

Great location and amenities- first time staying in Snowmass and we enjoyed every minute. Mostly had the place to ourselves and we're within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. The condo had everything we needed- just my wife and I so the space was huge. We will be back.

This condo is in a great location, just a short walk to the ski slopes and Snowmass Mall. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans and appliances. The beds were all very comfortable. Pool and hot tub area is fantastic. Really the only negative aspect was the extremely loud family staying in the unit above who woke each morning near 6am with children shouting and running around. Of course this is no fault of the owner, just unfortunate luck of the draw for us. All in all we had a great time. Would definitely rent again.
