Huge fenced backyard for letting the dogs run, with picnic table & grill and efficient small barn with electric & water, matted stalls with fans and Dutch doors/windows, a storage room, and 3-board/no climb fenced paddocks for up to three horses. Please note: if bringing horses or more than 1 dog you MUST send a message prior to booking. Additional charges apply. Dogs: $35 per dog over the one included in nightly rate. (3 dogs max) Horses: $25/day (2 day min) and $150 waste removal fee. (3 horses max) Waste removal fee up to 6 days. Fee will increase for long stays to deter excess buildup. Guest provide validation of horses being update on vaccinations and coggins. Also, must sign a hold harmless agreement for boarding. Guest will need to provide an email to sign the document after reservation confirmation. Barn: 2 stalls are 10’ X 10’ and stall one is 15’ x 10’.
