- NEAR LAKE -Freshly brewed morning coffee - Netflix in your room - Airport pick up/drop for reasonable price -1 min. walk to bus stop ( SPECIAL NOTE : If you are taking public transport then PLEASE TAKE BUS NO. 496 from Laverton/ Aircraft station for the nearest bus stop ) Enjoy a good morning breakfast or evening dinner with the lake view from dining area. 5 mins drive to Sanctuary Lakes shopping centre, small walk to the Lake, bus stop with in one minute walk. Multi cultural vegetarian couple and our 6 year old friendly kid hosting travelers from around the world. Our villa is located in the Iconic Sanctuary Lakes Resort Living, where you can enjoy stunning walks by the lake, bike tracks, stunning greenery etc. Your room includes 50” TV with free Netflix, Amazon prime, Youtube and 1000s of international tv channels. Double sized bed with top quality comfortable beddings for you to have a relaxed stay. We look forward to host you and share your travel and our experiences about living in Melbourne.

I booked at last minute and wanted early check in, Vince was very accommodating. He also offered to drop me to pick up my car. Friendly and clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

By far the best shared house I've stayed in. Vince and his family are so accommodating, making sure I was comfortable and they are very respectful. Felt right at home, was able to get plenty of rest and privacy. The room with the TV is a major bonus and for cooking has all amenities. Location is very good with main shopping centre and shops just down the road. I would highly recommend, thank you for sharing your home with me would definitely stay again.

Awesome and friendly host. I felt being part of Vince's family during my stay. He picked me up from airport in the morning, so check-in was a breeze. Even the check out timing is a bit flexible. We had nice cocktails, bonfire and pizza dinners along with other guest. Amazing view of the lake from the dining area. There are nice walking trails around. Wonderful experience.

Sanctuary Lakes has everything to offer that one would want in a family friendly area. One of the largest man made lake in Victoria where one can go fish/canoe in, community tennis court and a driving range, community gym and swimming pool, a golf course etc. It has a 24/7 security team that patrols the estate regularly, all in all, has near everything Point Cook has to offer.
Recommendation : This neighbourhood has a lake side restaurant, which is about 5 mins drive/ walkable distance from our property, an early morning breakfast at this restaurant is highly recommended.

Sanctuary Lakes Resort living is well connected. The bus stop of just about a minute walk from our house, Laverton station is about 15 mins bus ride, Laverton to Melbourne CBD is about 23 min. By car, Melbourne CBD is about 20-30 mins drive depending upon traffic.
Though, the place have well connectivity to the public transportation, a private of a hire car would be really handy to explore lots of near by attractions, like RAAF Museum, Werribee Zoo, Altona Beach to name a few. Beginning of the world famous tourist attraction “The Great Ocean Road” is just under an hour drive.
