Enjoy exploring southeast Kentucky’s abundance of gorgeous hiking trails, as well as the stunning beauty of our lakes, caves, rivers & waterfalls! This cozy cottage features the following: • 3 inviting bedrooms with comfortable bedding (two Queen & two twins). Nightstands with lamps adorn both sides of the beds, and each bedroom is equipped with USB outlets and alarm clocks. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. • A clean eat-in kitchen fully equipped for cooking/baking and has new 2022 appliances. • Please enjoy the well-stocked coffee & tea station, complimentary starter snacks, and light breakfast items. • Our cottage laundry room area is equipped with a washer & dryer for our guests' convenience. • Wifi is provided for our guests, and a large-screen smart TV is in the living room. Guests can log into their streaming services or enjoy a variety of DVDs in our movie library. • An assortment of board games, cards, books, and magazines are also provided for our guest's entertainment. • A dedicated workspace is provided for those traveling for business. • Enjoy the coziness of the patio, complete with furniture, a fire pit, and a Weber Charcoal Grill. *(Your hosts may provide starter wood for the fire pit if available; if not, it can be purchased at Lowes or many local gas stations. Charcoal is not provided for the grill, but it is available at the nearby Dollar General Store and Walmart.) • PARKING: A gravel parking area is located on the side of the house, easily accommodating 2 to 3 cars. Please note: The driveway and parking area will accommodate a trailer if backed in from the road. If you need additional parking, you can find it across from the property. Please message me for more information. A security camera is placed facing the driveway. It will alert me when someone is there. Notifications are silenced once the quest has safely arrived. A doorbell camera is at the backdoor. Please just press the doorbell if you need help. Notifications are also silenced once guests have checked in.
