My mom, sisters, and I stayed at this beautiful home for our yearly girls trip. The house was beautiful and clean with updated amenities. The host was communicative about the hot tub heater being broken that week, and offered to refund our trip if we wanted to cancel. We felt that it was something that we could do without, and the host messaged regularly about the status of the repair. Despite not being able to use the hot tub, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

This rental is a great space and was very clean. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this rental, I just think some small improvements could make it more comfortable and hospitable. The pictures are accurate but the description of amenities is not. Renters should be prepared to purchase or bring their own shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel; one small hotel size bottles of shampoo and conditioner for a week stay for multiple people to share is not sufficient. There was no shower gel (listed as an amenity) just a small hotel size bar of soap. We were also provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no tissues. Lynn did resolve the issue with running out of TP, but only after she first recommended I pay for a service to deliver. When I pointed out there was no Kleenex and even hotels supply Kleenex, her response was that “they are not a hotel franchise.” No you are not, I expect a home to be better than a hotel. Small changes will make guests feel more comfortable and welcome.

An exceptional home - so well appointed & immaculately clean. The spa & heated pool was amazing. We enjoyed our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - next time for a month - it was so great!
