This airbnb was very thoughtfully built and designed, inside and out. It is in a beautiful setting with a lovely deck with built in speakers and a fire pit to take in the view, the sunest, and the night sky. The interior, with its high celings, made the space feel so spacious, and the decor was a balance of comfort and luxury. Kitchen was modern and well stocked. Host seemed lovely! 5 stars from us!

Absolutely loved staying here! My kids didn't want to leave. Picturesque scenery. Beautiful interiors and fully-stocked kitchen. It's a little far from the closest grocery store, so just be prepared. Lots of breweries/vineyards within a 30-min driving distance and not too far from Wintergreen resort either. Overall, a great stay!

It may be hard to believe, but Kristi and Mike's guesthouse is even better than the pictures convey! This is truly a gem. The accommodations are first-rate, the hosts are terrific, and the location is beyond beautiful. There's nothing I would change ... except to extend my stay longer! Since that's not possible, we will most definitely be back. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Let’s start with the people. Kristi was incredibly kind and generous during our stay. In our excitement to stay here, my partner and I failed to see the portion of the posting that said the host recommends a 4WD or AWD to get to and from the home. We came in a RWD. Nightmare right? We didn’t have to stress about it even for a minute, Kristi’s husband Mike took on the burdensome task of transporting us to our car, each day. They were incredibly kind about it and went out of their way to fit us in their schedule. The home matches their spirit. Kristi and Mike’s place is stunning! Well stocked, well organized and very accessible. There is nothing we needed during our stay that we could not find which is a phenomenal feat for an Airbnb! In addition to having everything you could ever need, everything in this home is intentional, from the placement of the speakers to the salt shakers. It is the kind of place you want to take a pause in and simultaneously get inspired. Truly perfect!

This was the best Airbnb that we've stayed in! It was a lovely, luxurious guest house - much bigger than we expected. It was a very modern cabin house that was extremely kid-friendly. Perfect for a family visit! Kristi thought of everything - fully equipped kitchen, very nice linens and towels, top of the line soaps, well-written instructions for household items, etc. It's very remote, so be sure you have the food you need. There is a grocery store about 15 min away, but not much in the way of restaurants or takeout unless you drive to Charlottesville. Regardless, we would stay here again in a second, and will recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the C'ville area. Truly a wonderful stay!
