We had an amazing time, the house is spotless and incredibly spacious, we loved spending time on the terrace overlooking the sea. The location was also great, within easy walking distance of numerous good restaurants, in the locality of beautiful beaches and plenty to do with the kids. Just one point to flag for those with toddlers still sleeping in a cot, the baby cot available is only suitable for tiny babies (much like a bedside cot for 0-6 month olds).

We had an amazing stay in Portocolom during the last few days of our Easter trip to Mallorca. The house is perfectly located with a small beach in front of the house (not the best in the area but there are plenty of super nice beaches at a 10 min drive or so). There are plenty of good restaurants at a few min walk and also 2 supermarkets at a few hundred meters which makes the location is perfect. It even was pretty calm in the evenings even though it's in the middle of the town (but it of course still was Easter so hard to judge how it would be in the summer). The house is really pretty and renovated with lots of care. There is plenty of space with you really feel at home right away. We spend most of the time in the kitchen area next to the patio which is just an amazing place to be with lots of space & light which was perfect for our 2 kids playing in and outside. I would highly recommend Eva's place to anyone who wants to visit the East side of Mallorca!

Eva’s place was amazing! It looks even better than in the photos. It’s beautifully designed with such great taste, attention to detail and respecting the character of the beautiful building. It is also even larger than expected and the location is perfect. In a minute you can be out at the beautiful small beach and go paddle boarding or walk around the bay with restaurants and a few shops. Eva was an wonderful host, super responsive and very welcoming. We had a great week with lots of beautiful dinners and enjoy not only the beautiful kitchen and living room, but the courtyard and the roof deck! We hope to come back some time and are grateful for having met her.
