Access easy, located on the 2nd floor with electronic keypad on the front door negating worry of lost keys. Nikki's apartment clean and well cared for but the building is deteriating. Accomodation of a reasonable size for 2 people. Well placed for easy access to Perth CBD, a 5 minute walk to downtown. Located adjacent to busy freeway. This did not worry us but if it is a concern then closing the glass panels either side of the verandah virtually eliminates the noise. Free parking available but not guaranteed, on a first in basis. We stayed a week and managed to obtain a "spot" each day. A highlight is the small french looking cafe in Mount Street a 3 minute walk from the Airbnb. Inside, verandah and street seating. A delight. Overall, a handy place to stay and priced for the location and condition of the accomoidation.

Not a happy experience for us. The apartment is fairly clean, in a good location, close to the city, and the interior of the estate is ok. Bathroom is clean and appears recently renovated. We did not use the kitchen but there were a few utensils and an electric stove provided. The building looks very old and unclean. It is not the owner's fault but I think this should be mentioned in the listing. If we had known how the building looks we wouldn't have chosen this place for our holiday. Here's the biggest issue: When we checked in the smoke alarm beeped every 5 minutes. I communicated with Nikki and she responded quickly which I appreciate. However, after we checked out, Nikki questioned whether we smoked in her place, stating it smells like cigarette smoke. Neither of us are smokers, and we put lot of efforts into returning the room back to its original state. We feel quite uncomfortable with this and will not return again.

We stayed for 1 month and the apartment was really like the photos. Nikki was helpful in chat. The noise from the avenue didn't bother much.
