Welcome to Vino Haus, a beautiful, rustic, two-story cabin providing a true hill country experience. Nestled in a relaxing hillside setting, just a short two-mile drive from Fredericksburg's Historic Main Street and minutes from the 290 Wine Trail, makes this the perfect vacation home. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the porch watching the deer, or gather around the fire-pit under the oak trees at night. Wind down at the end of the day enjoying the newly installed private hot tub and deck. Cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen, new luxurious king mattresses , linens, king and queen size pillows in both bedrooms, and a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with all bedding and pillows . Each full bathroom is private to the two bedrooms and is stocked with towels, wash cloths and premium soaps. Washer, dryer and detergents are provided for guest use. Outside, guests will enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the front porch while watching the wildlife, and a evening relaxing soak in the newly installed private hot tub deck area under the oak trees. Fire pit with outdoor seating along with a charcoal grill, lighter fluid, and charcoal provided. Washers boards in the storage building, and kids games in the cabinet under the living room TV are sure to entertain.

We had a great time at this lovely house. There were many thoughtful amenities for us and we enjoyed using the hot tub. Bed were very comfortable as well. Would stay again!

"Vino Haus " was an absolutely adorable place to stay. The accommodations were perfect and we spent lots of time just relaxing in the hot tub and watching the deer and the cardinals! It is only about 5 minute drive to the fantastic wine trail and some great shops and restaurants. I highly recommend "Cabernet Grille" restaurant on Hwy. 16. The food was amazing, great service and a very unique atmosphere. I would would highly recommend staying at "Vino Haus " to anyone. You will be glad you did!
Awesome house and location
Our stay here was amazing and the house was so cute. It is located just minutes from downtown but you get the peaceful environment as well. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very accommodating. Michael, the host, was very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. He provided a folder that list restaurants and things to do in the area, which was super helpful, since this was our first time here. Will definitely be staying here on our next trips to Fredericksburg.

Vino Haus is located in the Mariposa HOA on Sunday Circle. The Circle consists of 20 cabin style homes that were built to replicate the German Sunday House concept. Back in the 1800's the Germans built Sunday Houses just outside of town to use overnight while on trips to church or town for shopping. All homes are uniquely designed with exposed finished ceiling joists and loft style upper stories. All of the Sunday Homes in Mariposa are truly unique, have plenty of private space, and are as close as you can get to the rural hill country while being less than 5 minutes from town.
Vino Haus has plenty of parking for up to five vehicles and trailers if needed. A covered area is available for one vehicle. The neighborhood is conveniently located less than one mile off of 290 on the East side of town closest to the wine trail. The house is a short 2 mile, 5 min drive to all of the downtown restaurants and activities. A quiet circle road surrounds the house that is perfect for walking or bicycling.

My wife and I have loved Fredericksburg for years. We are beyond excited to offer a home that is perfectly arranged for couples and small groups. All the finishing touches were implemented at a high level which is what we like to expect when we go on vacation. We hope to share the joy in our Fredericksburg home with many folks.
