We invite you to stay in our condo located in what we feel is the best part of Downtown Anchorage. (A quick 5min walk to the train depot & only 2 blocks away from where the dowtown Iditarod start is). It's a corner unit on the ground floor of an old historic 1950's residential and business building. Conveniently located near many restaurants, bars & shops all within walking distance of only a block or two. This is a private 1 bedroom condo located on the ground level of the complex.

Had a great short stay. Janna was very helpful and responsive! An excellent place to stay in beautiful anchorage.
Janna’s place was just like the photos, so lovely and felt right at home! Everything you need was there (including excellent shower pressure!) and great kitchen facilities. Janna was super communicative and instructions to check in were easy to follow. Janna also gave some wonderful recommendations of all things local, and really made our stay feel like we were staying at a friends. Thank you, Janna!

The best part of this condo is the location location location. You can walk to the Performing arts center, Williwaw for an outdoor summer concert, the Anchorage Museum to see the latest art installation, and you will be steps away from some of the best restaurants and bars in town.
Since this unit is on the back side of the building it is pretty quiet. However there is occasionally train noise from the downtown train depot that is a 5 min walk from the condo.
If you plan on staying downtown there really is no need for a rental car. Like mentioned before the location is very walkable to many things to see and do. The condo is approximately 13min drive from the airport & a short 5 min walk to the Anchorage Train Depot on 1st ave

I work for the Anchorage Fire Department as a 911 dispatcher. When I'm not traveling in my free time I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family and friends...basically anything outdoors. My husband Pat is into back country snowmachining, hiking, reading and checking out local concerts. We love meeting new people, and really have enjoyed not only hosting 2 AirBNBs, but using them whenever we travel as well.
