We loved our stay at The Mill! Quaint, quiet, and quick access to a beautiful, walkable small town Main Street. Lots of options nearby for food and drink, and heading down the steps in the morning for breakfast and coffee was excellent. Would highly recommend!

The stay in this historic building was unlike ANY stay I’ve had beautiful. Every detail and finish is absolutely stunning. And the shop below is beyond your dreams for pastries :) can’t WAIT to rebook & be back!

Lovely place! There are a lot of restaurants nearby and was easy to drive to Madison from here. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome all around! We were spending the weekend in Madison and wanted to stay in a quieter location, but be close enough to downtown Madison to come and go as needed. The Mill Hotel was the perfect choice! The room was lovely and spacious, with a large couch, beautiful decor and absolutely spotless, modern bathroom. Very private and quiet. Super easy and clear instructions provided to check in, with a very responsive host if needed. The hotel is located upstairs from a wonderful coffee shop that had fantastic food options, which we enjoyed both days of our stay. Downtown Waunakee is charming and less than a 30-minute drive from downtown Madison, making this property an excellent option for a game-day weekend. The Mill Hotel has a wonderful history, detailed in a beautiful book we found in our room. We’re already planning a return visit for next year!
