Our initial disappointment was the closest Costco’s parking lot. The distant view was of the ocean and the ARC. The ocean and/or beach is not that close as it appears in the pictures. The condo was very spacious and clean. I would recommend it if you are looking for a condo to reside in. Santiago was responsive. One minor thing is I would suggest he supply more guest towels. As there was only one face towel for each guest!! Also, we were not informed as to where to dispose of the trash upon check out. Overall, it was a good experience.

Santiago was very helpful from the start, offering to help in any way. Check in and out was easy. The location is great, you are right above Costco and 5 minutes from downtown Cabo and the harbor. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and famous Cabo arches. We could see whales passing by. The unit is very well equipped and it was super clean and beautifully appointed. Highly recommend.
