This beautiful home is new to AirBnB! It was carefully designed to ensure the highest quality guest experience. SUPER convenient to Lost Isle Water/Amusement Parks, Casino, shopping and area attractions. 10 minutes to UNI. This home will exceed traditional hotel standards. Luxury furnishings, quality linens, fully stocked kitchen. With its SUPER convenient location - it easily checks all the boxes for most every traveler. The lower level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, 1/2 bath and living area. There is a patio door leading to a furnished deck which overlooks a beautiful, well maintained back yard. Upstairs you will find two master bedrooms, bedrooms, both with their own full baths. There is also a laundry area upstairs with a new washer and dryer.

The place was amazing! The host was very responsive, and the neighbor was such a quiet place. If I could, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely would like to back to this place in the future!
Great little place.
This is a wonderful rental-we stayed three weeks. It was extremely clean and the neighborhood felt very safe. Inside, we had lots of room for our things, furniture/beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Judy is an excellent communicator and made us feel very welcome. Plus she even gave us a complimentary half stay cleaning. (We've stayed several weeks in lots of vacation rentals and have never been offered a half stay cleaning.) Another nice touch-the rental was decorated for Christmas! We would definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for a little weekend getaway with our family of three and our two pups! We loved how easy it was to check in! The neighborhood was safe and comfortable. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Judy was easy to communicate with and so responsive. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend! (:

Hi! I am originally from Iowa, but can be found in Florida quite frequently. My husband and I, along with our family, own and manage properties in both states. We love to spend time with family, especially our young grandsons. We also enjoy traveling, playing with our “pack” of canine companions and recreating outdoors. Having previously been in a large “corporate” environment, I traveled extensively for many years and have personally spent well over a thousand nights in hotels rooms throughout the world. I know first hand how generic and cold they are. We are thrilled to offer accommodations which are more comfortable, warm, personal and relaxing than a hotel can provide. Our AirBnB in Waverly, IA is the most recent addition to our AirBnB properties. As with all of our AirBnBs, major renovations have recently been completed and we are excited to offer another beautiful property as an option to the AirBnB community. We have put a great deal of effort and consideration into all of our AirBnBs. It is super important to us that we provide our guests with the best possible experience and we strive very hard to insure every guest has a 5 star stay.
