We stayed here during the little dribblers tournament. We were between 15-25 minutes away from the gyms used for the tournament so it was very convenient. We had a great time. Checkin was easy and enjoyed the easy checkout process. The king bed was comfortable which isn’t what we can say about every airbnb we stay in. Lots of beds for the kids to stay in. We brought a pack and play and let the baby sleep in the large bathroom so it was total darkness.

Nice big house on a beautiful lake. Bring wash cloths, hand towels, and anything you need for cooking. There were some left over spices but better to be sure…. There’s a frying pan, a small pot, a crockpot, and a huge stock pot. We bought a very cheap 4 qt “Dutch oven” and some cheap knives and left it there. We used the smoker and charcoal grill (don’t forget to bring charcoal, fluid, pellets, and something to clean and coat the grills). The walk down to the lake is a lot of steps with a railing. The dock is amazing!! Fishing and swimming was great. Don’t forget your floats. Towels were provided. The TV in the master needs an extension cord for the smart features. DQ, Sonic, a Mexican restaurant and a pizza joint, along with dollar general, family dollar, an Ace Hardware, and a grocery store are 15 minutes from the house. We loved it here and hope to stay again. Lindsay was good about responding when we had questions.

We had a family girls weekend. The location was great. We spent alot of time on the dock and back deck. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Beds were all comfortable. Very pretty surroundings and very thing you would need in a kitchen. Only small issues were with cleanliness but we didn’t let it take away from our experience! I would recommend a better cleaning service, there were issues with bedding in master, one of the comforters were smelly in another room. The cooler that was there leaked. But these are all easy fixes! We would definitely consider staying again if remedied.

Great place to stay with a great view of Lake Nocona. Nice oversized dock to relax on as well as back patio space. Would stay again
