Welcome to our charming and cozy Studio Bungalow, perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a comfortable place stay. We are located a 3 min drive or 15 min walk to Frankston Hospital and surrounding medical facilities. Please note: Our address will be given to you after the booking and payment have been made. DO NOT follow the general location address found when searching for properties as this is not our address but rather just a general location of where we are. Our space features a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to prepare light meals and snacks during your stay. The studio also includes a queen size bed and private bathroom with a shower, ensuring that you have all the amenities you need for a comfortable visit.

A modern, clean and private studio perfect for singles or couples. The resident canine (Tilly) is a delightful dog to pet and play ball with if desired.

Cosy on the Beach was just that. Private access from the street. It was very peaceful and quiet. The accommodation was spotless and absolutely everything you needed was provided. would definitely stay again.
