Visitors love the location of the condo. They say it is in the middle of everything. Steps to the south is Lake Windermere with a provincial park, a beach and picnic tables. The park features a climbing apparatus for children and a self-guided nature path.
A short walk in the other direction is a commercial area with fast food outlets, restaurants and sporting goods stores. You can rent a kayak, canoe, paddle board or even a boat a short walk down the road.
A grocery store is a short hike up the hill and a little further on is the centre of the village with a variety of stores. The Saturday Market attracts shoppers from all over the valley. Some guests come just for this market.
There are several of the best golf courses in Canada near-by. Panorama Ski Hill offers year round activities.
Many people come to the valley for health and healing purposes. Hot springs are a short drive away at Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs. Many health care practitioners have businesses in the valley. You may want to make an appointment ahead of time.
There are numerous hiking trails close by and further afield. Banff and Lake Louise are a day trip away. Family favourite vacation activities such as miniature golf, horseback riding and zip-lining are close by.
There are activities for everyone with special events throughout the year such as antique car show, parasailing competition, migratory bird conference, and wine tasting just to name a few. Most importantly, everyone says it is an excellent place to relax..

Although it is possible to arrive in Invermere by bus, most people arrive in their own private transportation.
Facilities such as beach, restaurants, groceries and shopping are easily accessible by foot or bike once you get there.
During the ski season, a free bus leaves for Panorama Ski Hill once every hour from Dairy Queen.
Free visitor surface parking is available on the property south of the building and also on 3rd Ave to the east of the complex.
