We stayed at Sushee’s place for a month while visiting family that live in the neighborhood. This beautiful location is a short walk/drive to downtown Kingston and a very short walk to an awesome fitness center that we joined after Sushee gave us a tour. It was cold and snowy outside but the guest house was quiet, cozy and warm. We made good use of the fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washer, dryer, and electric tea kettle. Sushee surpassed our host expectations! He was prompt when responding to our messages and taking care of our needs. He made us feel very welcome. We LOVED our stay at Sushee’s place and hope to visit again!

I stayed at Sushee's place for 3 months during a work contract at Queen's and it was absolutely perfect! I was worried about the lack of a full kitchen, but with the extra gadgets like an air fryer that Sushee provided I didn't miss having an oven at all. It was really easy to get to downtown/ Queen's using the bus or by bike, and it's a great neighbourhood to wander around. Sushee provided everything I needed and was always super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Plus his family is awesome! Would highly recommend staying here, especially for a medium to long term stay.

Sushee and Emma are congenial hosts, always ready to assist if needed. I was made to feel at home. The cozy private cabin was just as descibed, and I loved the surroundings. Lots of local fauna to watch and a 2 minute walk to the water. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with a wonderful , free school museum just up the street to explore. Thanks for a terrific holiday location.
