This cozy & tranquil private bedroom is a great stay for work, rest stop, or visiting the upstate! Shared spaces are the bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living area & dedicated work space. Property sits on 2 acres of land with paved driveway & plenty of parking space! 15 minutes from GSP Airport, 25 mins from Greenville and Spartanburg! The space consist of 1 private bedroom with a shared bathroom. The rest of the living spaces will be shared with me and other guests. The area is quiet and away from busy roads, making it a great place to get some rest and relax. Although the house is shared, it tends to be quiet throughout the day, most are working, out or keep to themselves. You will hardly notice you’re sharing the home! My aim is to make sure you feel at home and that you are well accommodated! I am very easy to reach and like to keep good communication with you during your stay.
