地理位置优越。步行十分钟可到市中心。设施完备，应有尽有。这个价格在皇后镇已经很合适了。

One of the most convenient locations, just a 2-3 min drive into the town centre. Place had what we needed in terms of laundry. However, we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink because the sink in the toilet was extremely tiny, and water kept splashing out onto the ground everywhere if we used it. Entering carpark was alright, bear in mind the lock is located on the right side of the mail boxes, which could have been better indicated. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb, something to consider if you are not physically able. That said, the place feels safe because of the main apartment digital lock and another key lock to get into the unit. Overall the place is suitable for a short stay due to the excellent convenience it offers!
