Our experience was far below expectations. The main issue was the unusable hot tub, which was dirty and clearly neglected despite our prior inquiries about its condition—this was a primary reason for choosing this listing, we even asked her 1 week prior arrival about the hot tub and she confirmed it would be clean and ready for us. Additionally, we found multiple maintenance issues (broken lights, blinds, and cleanliness problems) upon arrival. Despite reporting these, Krisztina's response was underwhelming, offering a minimal refund that didn't reflect the extent of the issues. We ultimately had to involve Airbnb Support and relocate late at night. Future guests should be cautious; the reality here starkly contrasts with what is advertised.

I’m the type of person that tries to see always the best part of things but here the negative side is bigger so I have to say about it first. Everything started with the fact that we waited more than 1 hour for check in details, even though the keys were in a box outside and we advised about the time we arrive. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and was super dirty, we asked for help and they were just postponing us from one day to the next one and in the end they didn’t solve the problem. The terrace as well was super dirty, it looked like they never clean it. The window blind in the bedroom is not working so basically we had no light cause the lights in the room weren’t working as well . There is only one bed but 2 small blankets, if you’re sleeping with your partner is uncomfortable. The contact number that is indicated has nothing to do with the property and she redirected us to contact the owner on Airbnb. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and was close to the center.

Leider war der Jacuzzi stark verschmutzt, obwohl NACH unserer Ankunft extra jemand gekommen ist um diesen zu reinigen. Ich hätte erwartet, dass wir einen gereinigten Pool vorfinden, wenn wir ankommen. Als wir ankommen war der Boden im Flur und Wohnbereich dreckig, auch die Kücheschränke sowie einige Töpfe und Gegenstände in den Küchenschränke waren nicht sauber. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es leider nicht, dies hatte ich vorab angefragt. Die versprochenen Gewürze wie Öl und Pfeffer zum kochen waren nicht vorhanden. Wenn ich für 7 Tage eine Wohnung miete , wäre es angebracht, wenn dort mehr als 2 x Klopapier und auch Handtücher zum wechseln vorhanden wären. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung eine sehr sehr sparsame Ausstattung. Ich würde diese Wohnung NICHT nochmals mieten. Einen kleinen Vorteil gab es, eine gute Anbindung an die City.
