房子的环境非常好，空间也很大，屋内厨房设施一应俱全。离火车站不远，所以被出租车拒载了，只好拉着行李到达，走路还是有点距离的，下次要提前定好车。

Loved staying here we revisit every year for a short stay and cannot recommend enough. Clean, spacious and perfect location. The pictures don’t do it justice and the staff are quick to respond to any needs. Thank you again see you next year

Our family of 4 (couple with 2 teens) had a lovely stay here. The place was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos in the listing. Beautifully decorated and modern. My kids slept in the mezzanine above the open plan living area and found the space was very bright as there’s no window coverings for the stain glass windows but we all went to bed quite late so this didn’t affect sleeping. Would recommend bringing eye masks..The windows are stunning by the way so totally understand why they aren’t covered :) Close to lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Walkable to shopping area and about 15 min drive to the zoo. We had a great weekend stay here. A beautifully chapel it must have been once. Modernised to a very high standard. We would happily stay again if we are in the area.

I've stayed in this place when it was under different ownership and love the apartment itself, a beautiful stlyish flat in a converted cathedral in a great location in central Chester. Unfortunately couldn't stay in the place this time as when I checked in you could smell sewage / waste smell from outside the front door which was unbearably strong on the inside. We contacted the host who was quick to respond offering to move us to another property in a different location. This was not suitable to us and the host seemed more concerned about the inconvenience caused to them for us needing to leave. So we had to contact Airbnb customer service who were very helpful in intervening and expediting a refund. I hope the host / owner sorts the problem out as it's a great place but they need to work on their customer service as it was borderline bullying how they treated me on the night. I'm an AirBnB customer since 2011 and have never had a problem like this before.
